New Rule: Never cook two Thanksgiving dinners in the same week.
Addendum: Never cook one of those two dinners, pack it up in all its glorious oven-roasted HOT parts and drive 60 miles through pouring rain just to unpack it, reheat it, set the table, stuff face, clean up all dishes, pots, containers, repack leftovers, burp, burp again, eat pie, clean dessert dishes, haul everything back to vehicle, drive another 60 miles in darker, colder rain, unpack vehicle, put everything that is clean away in proper place, crash onto softest nearest chair.
And this morning I get to scrub all the cooking utensils again.
