Temporary Insanity

So what does a computer addict do when her computer is ailing? She knits. Of course. I spent my down-time with Fir Cone Lace Sweater and a Sockamania sock pattern.

This:

is the main body of the sweater. 284 sts. It is an easy knit but seems to take forever to get one row done. I am not a fast knitter and I enjoy the process. But it does take a long time to see progress.

Therefore I compliment the slow knitting with this:

The teal doesn't show its true colors well but it is a gorgeous teal from Hill Country yarns. Really beautiful greens. A good choice for March and St. Pat's day.

I love knitting.
