Drat!

Is it me?

After many years a new yarn store has opened within 35 miles of my home. That is half the distance of any other yarn stores. I waited very impatiently (and am still waiting) for this new store to open. Next week I will finally get to visit. My first yarn store experience! Excitement is growing. Eagerness. Nail biting. Going through my patterns to decide which will be the first made from yarn purchased in person!

Then David Reidy mentioned knitmap.com. Oh. Oh! Another yarn store! And this one is only 15 miles from home!!!! HIM and I made a special trip (okay, we were going that way anyway) to visit. My very first physical, brick and mortar yarn store visit. Yeah!

They were closed for vacation.
